Ordering
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to fill out our quote request form on the Contact page. Tell us what you need — quantity, decoration method, garment type, and your artwork — and we'll get back to you with pricing and next steps. You can also email us directly or reach out on social.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing works best at higher quantities where the setup cost spreads across more pieces. Embroidery has moderate minimums. DTF is our most flexible option — it's available with no minimums, making it ideal for small runs, samples, or one-off pieces.
Do you supply the garments, or do I provide my own?
We can source garments for you from our supplier network — which is often the easiest and most cost-effective route. We work with all the major brands: Gildan, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Port & Company, Richardson, and more. If you have a specific garment in mind, just ask. We can also print on customer-supplied garments in most cases.
Can I see a proof before production starts?
Yes — always. We provide a digital mockup for approval before anything goes into production. We don't print a single piece until you've signed off on the artwork placement, colors, and sizing.
Decoration Methods
What's the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing uses ink pressed through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric — it's the most durable option for bulk orders with solid-color designs. DTF (Direct-to-Film) involves printing your design onto a special film and heat-transferring it to the garment. DTF handles full-color, detailed designs with no minimums. Screen print wins on volume and durability; DTF wins on flexibility and detail.
When should I choose embroidery over printing?
Embroidery is the right call when you want a premium, professional look — especially on hats, polos, and structured garments. It's more durable than any print method and signals quality. If your crew is client-facing or you want your brand to carry weight, embroidery is worth it.
Does DTF printing hold up in the wash?
Yes. When applied properly, DTF transfers are durable and wash well. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and avoiding high-heat dryers to maximize longevity — same advice we give for any decorated garment.
Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept?
For best results, send vector files: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF with fonts outlined. High-resolution .PNG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well for DTF. If you only have a low-resolution logo from your website, don't worry — our art team can often redraw or vectorize it for a small fee.
What if I don't have a logo or print-ready file?
We offer graphic design and art prep services in-house. Whether you need a logo cleaned up, converted to a vector, or built from scratch, we can help. Just let us know when you reach out and we'll include it in your quote.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
For screen printing, we can match Pantone colors closely. For DTF and embroidery, we work to get as close as possible given the medium. If you have specific Pantone or hex codes, include them in your order request and we'll dial it in.
Turnaround & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days from art approval, depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders may be available — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. We always give you a realistic timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you offer local pickup in Youngsville?
Yes — we're based in Youngsville, NC and local pickup is available. If you're in the Triangle area, it's often the fastest and easiest option. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship orders across the country. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included in your quote. Most orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on size and destination.
