It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing works best at higher quantities where setup costs spread across more pieces. DTF is our most flexible option — available with no minimums, making it ideal for small runs or one-off pieces. Patches have a small minimum. Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Screen printing presses ink through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric — durable, vibrant, and best for bulk orders with solid-color designs. DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers full-color prints onto almost any fabric with no minimums. Screen print wins on volume and durability; DTF wins on flexibility, detail, and small runs.
Yes — embroidery is one of our core services. We stitch logos and designs onto polos, hats, jackets, bags, and more. We also offer specialty techniques like puff foam embroidery for a bold, three-dimensional look that really stands out. We prefer to source garments for you to ensure the best results, but we can work with customer-provided items too.
Yes — we offer both embroidered patches and laser engraved patches. Embroidered patches are built to last, with tight stitching that holds up through years of heavy use — perfect for uniforms, gear, and workwear that takes a beating. Laser engraved patches are available in leather, leatherette, and PVC for a premium, distinctive look that sets your brand apart. Both options are available with a small minimum order.
No problem. We offer graphic design and art prep in-house. Whether you need a logo cleaned up, converted to a vector, or built from scratch — we can handle it. Just let us know when you reach out and we'll include it in your quote.
Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days from art approval, depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders may be available — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. We always give you a realistic timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Yes — we're based in Youngsville, NC and local pickup is always available. If you're in the Triangle area, it's often the fastest and easiest option. We'll let you know when your order is ready to go.
Always. We provide a digital mockup for approval before anything goes into production. We don't print a single piece until you've signed off on the artwork placement, colors, and sizing. No surprises.
